What you will do

• Own U.S. international tax matters including GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits.
• Lead the analysis and implementation of OECD Pillar Two (GloBE) rules.
• Oversee global transfer pricing strategy, documentation, and intercompany pricing policies.
• Provide tax support for M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Partner with controllership and finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting under ASC 740.
• Manage and coordinate external tax advisors and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong technical expertise in U.S. international tax and transfer pricing.
• Experience with ASC 740 and FIN 48 documentation.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
