What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact, social-first campaigns for linear and digital advertising initiatives.
• Produce polished, platform-native content for Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube, both in-studio and in the field.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrated social sales content from ideation through publishing and reporting.
• Develop amplification strategies with digital and sales stakeholders to maximize audience reach.
• Support sales proposals and client presentations with strategic creative thinking and performance insights.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics against client KPIs and revenue objectives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social content production, marketing, or media sales support.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and Meta Business Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be based in the New York City area.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and knowledge of current social media trends.

Nice to have

• Spanish literacy.
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Experience across broadcast, digital, social, and out-of-home media.
