What you will do
- Deliver customer-focused implementations, including customer site visits for escalated product fault diagnosis, repairs, replacements, and technical training.
- Support pre- and post-sales by recommending best-practice use of established Fleet Solutions and gathering customer requirements.
- Develop Statements of Work and configure platform/business settings based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with product and training teams to deliver customer requirements and support broader Solera product development.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for kit issues, including diagnosis, repair, and equipment replacement to meet SLAs and minimize downtime.
- Manage complex pilots and service visits, including coordination with contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Extensive automotive industry experience with bespoke aftermarket installations and complex service visits.
- Strong technical requirements gathering / business analysis experience, ideally in fleet or automotive markets.
- Deep knowledge of PLG, LGV, and HGV vehicle systems, including ECU CANBUS, FMS, and multi-plex wiring.
- Ability to work with TFL DVS and understand VOSA and MOT regulatory compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle telematics, communications, and video systems with proven installation experience to recognized standards.
