What you will do
- Support pre and post-sales processes by recommending best practices for fleet solutions.
- Gather customer requirements to develop comprehensive Statements of Work and configure platform settings.
- Act as a technical expert for dashcams, telematics, and complex vehicle hardware installations.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and equipment replacement to ensure SLA compliance.
- Deliver technical and performance-based equipment training to customers and engineering partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with customer and revenue expectations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle telematics, communications, and video systems.
- Deep understanding of PLG, LGV, HGV, ECU CANBUS, FMS, and Multi-Plex vehicle wiring systems.
- Proven experience in bespoke aftermarket installations and complex service visits.
- Knowledge of TFL DVS, VOSA, and MOT regulatory compliance.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Familiarity with traditional Waterfall project management approaches.
