What you will do

• Translate business and GTM priorities into structured creator initiatives and activation plans.
• Own and manage the Global Creator Activities Calendar across internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with external execution partners to provide direction, priorities, and feedback.
• Monitor program performance, extract insights from data, and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain direct interaction with content creators via Discord and calls to support program evolution.
• Act as the primary bridge between the Creator Program and Marketing, Live Ops, and Development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Creator Programs.
• Strong background in gaming or deep knowledge of gaming ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage and execute strategy, set clear goals, and oversee campaign operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Looker or Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with community management, specifically Discord.
