What you will do

  • Formulate and implement annual sales strategies and performance targets for O2O tire channels.
  • Oversee daily Douyin e-commerce operations, including store management, live broadcasts, and paid advertising.
  • Manage investment and cooperative relationships with platforms, MCNs, and key KOLs/KOCs.
  • Analyze sales data and user behavior to continuously optimize operational efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, E-commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in O2O, e-commerce, or DTC channel operations.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Douyin ecosystem operations lead or growth owner.
  • Proven track record in O2O channel planning, budgeting, and ROI management.
  • Excellent English communication skills for coordination with overseas suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and negotiate with external platform partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the tire or automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Experience with additional O2O platforms such as Dianping, Amap, Xiaohongshu, Meituan, or JD Daojia.
