What you will do
- Formulate and implement annual sales strategies and performance targets for O2O tire channels.
- Oversee daily Douyin e-commerce operations, including store management, live broadcasts, and paid advertising.
- Manage investment and cooperative relationships with platforms, MCNs, and key KOLs/KOCs.
- Analyze sales data and user behavior to continuously optimize operational efficiency and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, E-commerce, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in O2O, e-commerce, or DTC channel operations.
- 5+ years of experience as a Douyin ecosystem operations lead or growth owner.
- Proven track record in O2O channel planning, budgeting, and ROI management.
- Excellent English communication skills for coordination with overseas suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and negotiate with external platform partners.
Nice to have
- Experience in the tire or automotive aftermarket industry.
- Experience with additional O2O platforms such as Dianping, Amap, Xiaohongshu, Meituan, or JD Daojia.
