TL;DR

Customer Training & Adoption Specialist (SaaS): Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to drive product adoption and proficiency for transit agency customers with an accent on change management and technical education. Focus on creating scalable educational resources, leading remote and on-site training sessions, and leveraging AI tools to optimize content development workflows.

Location: Must be based in the U.S., Ontario, or British Columbia. This is a remote role that requires frequent travel (8-14 trips per year).

Salary: $105,400 - $124,000 USD (US) or $146,510 - $172,360 CAD (Canada).

What you will do

  • Develop and refine a dynamic, role-based training curriculum tailored to diverse customer technical aptitudes.
  • Execute structured change management programs to help agencies reorient workflows around the platform.
  • Lead both remote and on-site training sessions for transit agencies during implementation and post-launch.
  • Create diverse educational resources including training videos, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Enable internal teams by acting as a subject matter expert on new products and features.
  • Facilitate live webinars and workshops to drive feature adoption and share best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer training, learning & development, or customer success.
  • Must be based in the U.S., Ontario, or British Columbia.
  • Ability to understand technical data sources like GTFS feeds and AVL systems to diagnose basic issues.
  • Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and content writing skills.
  • Experience conducting in-person and virtual training for technical software platforms.
  • Comfortable with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.

  • Familiarity with transit technology or public sector software.
