What you will do

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on grading, sorting, conveying, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Execute equipment installations, disassemblies, and repairs using welding and fabrication tools.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure a clean, orderly work environment.
• Document all maintenance activities and line checks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Assist in coaching new employees on safe repair practices and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pasco, WA and able to work onsite.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; technical certification or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in basic algebra and geometry for technical calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, and crawling.
• Must be able to work in various environments, including high places and sub-freezing temperatures.
