What you will do

• Manage transaction processes, lead Analysts, and develop models and analyses for structured finance deals.
• Prepare internal and external presentations and engage with clients and GS leadership.
• Run asset and financing analyses, develop credit information for approvals, ratings agencies, and investors.
• Review legal and offering documents, assist in valuation and financing for M&A, LBO, construction financing, and asset sales.
• Work across coverage and product teams on multiple projects simultaneously, building business generation skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and immediate availability to start.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A, Structured Finance, Securitization, ABS, or Asset Backed Finance.
• Strong modeling and financial analysis expertise.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Good presentation and communication skills to interact across divisions.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, form independent judgments, and drive transactions forward.
