What you will do

• Develop and execute relationship management and business development plans for customers and prospects.
• Identify client needs and negotiate proposals for Wealth Management, Treasury Services, and deposit attraction.
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including renewals, financial analysis, and compliance.
• Oversee credit approval, documentation, and booking processes, including presentations to loan committees.
• Serve as the primary link for all financial services to individual clients and resolve operational problems.
• Provide training and functional guidance to less experienced loan officers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in commercial lending (or 14-16 years’ equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices, loan documentation, and servicing requirements.
• Advanced understanding of credit underwriting, loan policy, and financial regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis and projections.
• Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry.
• Location: Must be based in Denver, CO
