What you will do

• Lead, coach, and train the Leave Analyst team and resolve escalated or complex leave cases.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of FMLA, disability, and paid leave programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify operational gaps and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform quality audits and reviews of leave cases against policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and report on leave data to inform leadership decisions and program performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and external partners to maintain and update leave policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing leave of absence, disability, or related HR operations.
• Strong compliance knowledge of FMLA and state/local leave laws.
• Must be based in the US; no sponsorship or relocation available.
• Experience in a unionized or manufacturing environment is preferred.
