What you will do

• Provide HR leadership and support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
• Oversee compliance with federal HR policies.
• Coordinate workforce planning activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
• Experience supporting HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, or operational improvement.
