TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own all phone line operational processes, including DID provisioning, number porting, and routing configuration.
  • Manage primary relationships with telephony partners, negotiating SLAs and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and success criteria for the AI-powered phone line migration.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Sales, Customer Success, and Finance regarding telephony infrastructure.
  • Translate operational pain points into actionable product backlog items for the engineering team.
  • Lead the migration of enterprise customers to the new AI phone line experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external vendor relationships and negotiating SLAs.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to document and automate complex workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in cost analysis and unit economics.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical constraints and business priorities.
  • Must be based in Santa Monica, CA as this is an onsite role.

Nice to have

  • Experience with telephony infrastructure, VoIP platforms, or contact center operations (e.g., Twilio, Avoxi, Five9).
  • Background in HR tech, compliance tech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience launching AI-powered voice or conversation products.
  • Experience operating cross-functionally across CS, Engineering, Finance, and Sales.
