Salary: $163,000–$254,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive DFM and DFA throughout the product lifecycle from R&D to scalable production.
• Apply GD&T to high-precision robotic components to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize designs and reduce costs.
• Manage CAD models and detailed engineering drawings using Creo.
• Guide prototype builds and design reviews to ensure engineering rigor.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across design and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing engineering.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven expertise in DFM, DFA, and critical tolerance analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Creo) and GD&T.
• Experience with PLM software and mechanical inspection tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
