What you will do

• Grow and evolve the design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and design tokens.
• Design and build user-facing features from concept to production for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex agricultural finance workflows into natural, accessible interfaces.
• Improve frontend architecture, development workflows, and tooling.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to establish visual and technical standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building high-quality web and mobile experiences.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Extensive experience with design system ownership and component libraries.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Strong design instincts and ability to balance user needs with technical constraints.
• Mission-driven mindset with an interest in agricultural and industrial finance.
