What you will do

• Design, build, and implement new services through the full development cycle.
• Make architecture and design decisions in collaboration with the product team.
• Develop servers, databases, and integrate APIs to expand platform capabilities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and large areas of the codebase.
• Scale and automate existing services while bringing new innovations to life.
• Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and retros to drive engineering culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind.
• Proficiency in backend technologies including Rust, MySQL, and Node.
• Experience with DrizzleORM.
• Proven ability to take products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical constraints.
