What you will do

• Build complete operational modules from React UI down to Node.js services and data models.
• Design and ship high-density data views and complex workflows for the CX platform.
• Implement secure aggregation layers and BFF patterns to standardize payloads and enforce authorization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Champion clean code patterns and mentor peers to elevate engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced React, TypeScript, and web standards expertise.
• Proven ability to design and build well-structured REST APIs in Node.js.
• Experience with relational data modeling and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with security, authorization, and RBAC.

Nice to have

• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications.
