What you will do

• Manage and reconcile an assigned portfolio of client accounts to maintain or lower AR balances.
• Prioritize and execute collection efforts in collaboration with the AR team.
• Enter cash receipt batches and ensure accurate application of payments and credits.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer communications and financial reports.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless account management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Scottsdale, AZ, Alpharetta, GA, or Albany, NY
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• Working knowledge of SaaS industry business models and subscription billing.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to integrate AI agents to maximize operational efficiency.
