What you will do

  • Develop and execute the regional channel sales strategy to recruit, enable, and develop targeted distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Own partner go-to-market execution by prioritizing routes-to-market, key partners, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Lead the team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) in the Southern Europe region.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing and other enablement teams to drive programs and ensure activities tie to ROI.
  • Provide weekly forecasts and activity reports to the EMEA Channel VP; run quarterly business reviews and define partner business plans.
  • Support pipeline generation, sales qualification, and closing; meet NARR quotas and partner deal registration targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a channel account leader in the security market, with experience covering France, Italy, and Spain.
  • Strong security industry contacts across prospective customer and partner communities.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Ability to manage Channel Account Managers; prior people management experience is desirable.
  • Consultative selling skills to clearly articulate the company value proposition.
  • Ability to use SFDC, pricing, and other online tools effectively.
