What you will do

• Lead the growth and profitability of the UCM consulting practice within the EMEA region.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients to identify and secure new consulting opportunities.
• Direct complex consulting mandates, ensuring high-quality, insightful deliverables and effective project management.
• Mentor and develop staff across consulting, research, and sales teams to foster a collaborative environment.
• Drive thought leadership and innovative approaches to industry challenges, particularly regarding the energy transition.
• Oversee the quality and pricing of pitches while ensuring alignment with global business strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
• Significant experience in a senior management or strategy consulting role within the energy sector.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA energy industry, regulatory environment, and carbon management.
• Proven track record in directing consulting engagements and driving business development.
• Strong expertise in economic modelling and valuation for upstream projects and M&A due diligence.
