What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers across the International Supergroup.
• Define the long-term Europe data strategy and analytics roadmap to identify growth levers and investment priorities.
• Act as a senior data partner to International Marketing and regional leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
• Represent international market needs in global product and data forums to influence roadmap prioritization.
• Establish scalable operating models for experimentation, reporting, and forecasting across European markets.
• Set high standards for analytical quality, experimentation rigor, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in data, product, or growth analytics.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing data science teams.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data stacks such as Snowflake and Mode.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions at a leadership level.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align competing regional priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience working across various European markets with varying maturity levels.
• Background in supporting localization or regional product expansion.
• Multilingual skills relevant to European markets.
• Experience scaling a regional analytics function in a high-growth environment.
