What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers across the International Supergroup.
- Define the long-term Europe data strategy and analytics roadmap to identify growth levers and investment priorities.
- Act as a senior data partner to International Marketing and regional leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Represent international market needs in global product and data forums to influence roadmap prioritization.
- Establish scalable operating models for experimentation, reporting, and forecasting across European markets.
- Set high standards for analytical quality, experimentation rigor, and data storytelling.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in data, product, or growth analytics.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing data science teams.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data stacks such as Snowflake and Mode.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions at a leadership level.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and align competing regional priorities.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience working across various European markets with varying maturity levels.
- Background in supporting localization or regional product expansion.
- Multilingual skills relevant to European markets.
- Experience scaling a regional analytics function in a high-growth environment.
