What you will do

• Develop and maintain predictive models influencing the entire customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify hidden commercial opportunities and optimize growth levers.
• Translate complex technical analysis into simple, compelling stories for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of data science solutions.
• Research and advise on the latest data science tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building statistical models using Python and manipulating data with SQL.
• Quantitative degree (2:1 or higher) from a top university.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to deliver clear recommendations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of deliverables.

Nice to have

• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting or a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with DBT, Snowflake, Looker, Hex, or Azure DevOps.
• Background in Marketing, Credit, or Financial Services.
• First-class degree in a quantitative field.
