What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of three embedded data scientists and analysts, including line management and professional development.
• Own the analytics roadmap across business verticals, overseeing weekly planning and delivery.
• Serve as the senior analytics partner to the Executive Committee (ExCo), presenting data-led insights on revenue and marketplace health.
• Maintain and optimize key reporting surfaces across the company's BI infrastructure.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data and analytics teams, ideally within a marketplace or platform business.
• Strong commercial instinct and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL for deep-dive analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience advising executive teams.
• Experience managing and developing team members at different seniority levels.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.
