What you will do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and engagement.
- Develop joint strategic plans for customer success and long-term value realization.
- Investigate clinical and operational needs to create customized success strategies and track progress via key metrics.
- Support renewal efforts and collaborate with Account Managers for strategic sales conversations.
- Provide product training, onboarding, and guidance to healthcare professionals.
- Represent the company at regional events to increase thought leadership in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Based in Mexico
- Background in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, Biomedical sciences, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or clinical workflows.
- 1–2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Clinical Support.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence global teams.
