What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers post-implementation to ensure adoption and long-term success.
• Build trust-based relationships with finance leaders and executive stakeholders to align platform value with business goals.
• Drive ongoing product education to help customers leverage the platform across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Identify and lead strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives to drive account expansion.
• Manage renewal processes and proactively mitigate churn risk through strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Solution Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role focused on post-sale sales, retention, and expansion.
• Proven experience selling to or working within the FinTech space.
• Deep knowledge of the Office of the CFO ecosystem, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving business environment.
