What you will do

  • Own and drive the GTM strategy and roadmap for the Accountants segment to measurably grow user acquisition.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional marketing initiatives across SEO, SEA, Website, Brand, CRM, Content, and Events.
  • Identify and activate new acquisition levers such as webinars, white papers, and thought-leadership content.
  • Lead marketing operations by managing functional experts, owning dashboards, and conducting KPI reviews.
  • Shape long-term positioning by staying ahead of regulatory changes, e-invoicing, and AI-driven industry transformations.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the French accounting ecosystem (non-negotiable), including knowledge of firm operations and buying behavior.
  • 7–10+ years of senior B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Proven track record in GTM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel acquisition.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing stakeholders at the VP/Director level.
  • Ability to challenge technical experts in SEO/SEA and co-design structured acquisition plans.
  • Strategic autonomy and curiosity regarding AI-driven acquisition and agentic marketing.
