What you will do

• Develop and execute product and proposition strategies based on market and competitor insights.
• Own portfolio pricing and packaging, testing concepts to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize and deliver the product roadmap.
• Lead the development of business cases in partnership with commercial and finance teams.
• Manage go-to-market plans and briefs for product changes.
• Drive proposition changes by working closely with technology, billing, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end strategies with measurable impact.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building and challenging business cases.
• Experience leading teams and influencing Director-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex updates for senior audiences.
• Ability to work 3 days per week from the Osterley campus.
