What you will do

• Develop the end-to-end customer proposition strategy for broadband, TV, and mobile categories.
• Translate unique selling points and product features into compelling customer offers to drive uptake and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Product and Pricing teams to build commercially viable propositions that meet margin and revenue goals.
• Partner with Brand and Partnerships teams to deliver effective go-to-market plans and campaign activity.
• Manage segment-specific strategies for youth, families, and high-value customers.
• Manage the full proposition lifecycle, including launch, iteration, and sunsetting.

Requirements

• Experience in telco customer marketing development and delivery.
• Proven track record in building and launching customer propositions that drive growth.
• Deep understanding of pricing, product, marketing, and customer insight dynamics.
• Strong skills in commercial analysis and storytelling to build business cases for change.
• Ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and present to all levels of the organization.
