What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and shape strategy in partnership with the MD.
• Lead customer discovery to transform insights into shipped improvements.
• Line manage a small team, providing guidance and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality releases.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions for new features.
• Act as the primary product voice for customers and sales conversations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior PM or Product Lead in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of shaping product vision and strategy.
• Strong data-driven approach and discovery instincts.
• Technical fluency and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team with high ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Warwick, UK
