What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, roadmap, and strategy for assigned fibre services.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and go-to-market teams to guide services from concept to launch.
• Gather market insights through customer interviews, usage analytics, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Define product metrics, monetization strategies, and feature tiers to support business growth.
• Act as the subject matter expert and evangelist for the product across the organization.
• Equip go-to-market teams with product knowledge, messaging, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Must be a fibre expert with a solid background in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Sales Engineer for Telecom, SaaS, or Services products.
• Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead through influence in cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Business or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French or German.
