Salary: $69,800 - $82,000 per year.

• Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and value.
• Develop consultative approaches to address client business issues and industry challenges.
• Conduct advanced issue-based analyses using hirify.global tools to provide proactive insights.
• Lead client presentations with clear, action-oriented recommendations.
• Identify and elevate opportunities for increased partnership and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of solutions and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in CPG, Retail, market research, analytics, or consulting.
• Experience with hirify.global platforms, specifically panel or RMS data.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently.
• Advanced capability in data analysis and synthesis of large datasets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree.
