What you will do
- Design, develop, and optimize AI software solutions, including algorithms, frameworks, and architectures.
- Implement and tune deep learning models to improve performance and accuracy.
- Apply model compression techniques such as quantization and pruning to improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams and external partners on robust AI solutions for system-level deployment.
- Conduct applied research and integrate AI methodologies with hardware solutions.
- Document technical findings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for AI software development and debugging.
- Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals, including large language models.
- Familiarity with model compression techniques, including quantization and pruning.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work on-site in Shanghai, China.

- Experience with fine-tuning AI models, inference optimization, or agent development.
