What you will do

• Travel daily to various locations to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and replace hardware components including bill acceptors, printers, monitors, and logic boxes.
• Configure routers, manage network connectivity, and assign static IP addresses for terminals and servers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all gaming devices to ensure accurate functionality.
• Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, and electrical test equipment for repairs.
• Document all service activities and repairs by completing work orders accurately.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Louisville, KY, and available for daily travel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving machines weighing over 400 pounds.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and electrical test equipment.
• Experience with basic hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.
