What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and administrative needs of the global shared services accounting department.
• Execute accounting projects from initiation to post-implementation, including resource scheduling and risk assessment.
• Lead the systematic review, analysis, and redesign of accounting processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Formulate department scorecards and develop metrics-based reports to gauge operational effectiveness.
• Ensure strict SOX compliance by identifying control gaps and performing regular audit testing and walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 10 years of combined work experience in accounting and audit.
• Proven leadership experience in previous supervisory roles.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Fluency in English for effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Exposure to multinational shared service accounting operations.
• Project Management certification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft environments.
