TL;DR

Salesforce Architect (CRM): Leading the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce platform with an accent on enterprise-scale architecture and hands-on configuration. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions, establishing platform governance, and driving long-term system maintainability.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Own the overall Salesforce architecture and platform strategy.
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customization efforts including workflows, automation, security, and data management.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to support platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
• Ability to work onsite in West Los Angeles 2-3 days per week
• Expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and LWC.
• Strong understanding of security, sharing models, and governance.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation platforms
• Consulting or client-facing experience
