What you will do

• Own and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot.
• Lead administration of Pardot instances, managing campaign architecture, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Design scalable solutions using flows, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Manage MarTech integrations to ensure seamless lead flow and data integrity.
• Establish data governance standards and develop reporting dashboards for pipeline visibility.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership to align systems with GTM strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (required).
• Proven experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency or data quality.
• Strong B2B SaaS experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with Apex or programmatic solutions.
• Experience with BI tools and Salesforce AI (Einstein).
• Project management and agile/sprint experience.
