What you will do

• Manage and maintain mainframe and distributed systems data for diverse client environments.
• Provide day-to-day technical solutions and ensure adherence to security compliance standards.
• Oversee assignment queues and prioritize tickets to deliver efficient client support.
• Collaborate with technicians and stakeholders to identify modernization opportunities.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements and identify new business opportunities.
• Work across various industries including banking and retail to broaden technical expertise.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Experience with Mainframe ISPF, Control M, Dataset handling, DB2 tables, TSO utilities, and JCL.
• Proficiency in Distributed Systems including Unix, Windows administration, Websphere JVM, Citrix, and MQ.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and VMware ESX.
• Availability to work from 2 pm to 11 pm.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
