What you will do

• Develop and execute regional category strategies for video conferencing systems to drive revenue and profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product gaps.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including SKU rationalization, NPI, and EOL planning.
• Implement regional pricing strategies and discount frameworks to maintain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with global teams, regional sales, and marketing to optimize GTM execution.
• Analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPI, market share) and provide data-driven reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in category or product management within the UC or video conferencing industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing B2B technology portfolios.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• Deep expertise in hybrid work trends and AI integration in collaboration hardware.
