What you will do

• Manage the source-of-truth backlog and delivery tracker for all sourcing work, including sprint planning and estimation.
• Define and enforce measurable quality thresholds and QA gates for data freshness, completeness, and accuracy.
• Act as the primary communication link between the Shanghai sourcing team and Amsterdam product/client teams.
• Analyze the business impact and infra costs of any methodology, scope, or schema changes.
• Implement AI-first operations by deploying AI agents for status reporting, QA, and scraper prototyping.

Requirements

• 4+ years in data acquisition, web scraping, or technical product/delivery roles.
• Hands-on Python skills for writing QA scripts, data validation, and reviewing logs.
• Experience managing large-scale data collection pipelines and defining technical acceptance criteria.
• English: Proficiency required for leading video syncs and writing status updates.
• Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• Experience with AI tools and LLM workflows for operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scrapy, reverse engineering, or anti-bot techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, task queues, and distributed crawling.
• Implementation of data observability or monitoring tooling.
• Deployment of LLM agents into production team workflows.
