What you will do

• Develop and execute PPC strategies on Google and other networks.
• Manage marketing campaigns to meet financial KPIs including CPA, LTV, and ROI.
• Drive process automation strategies in collaboration with analytics and MarTech teams.
• Collaborate closely with creative and growth product teams to scale the stream.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize funnel conversion and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition on paid search.
• Proven experience managing budgets of $300,000+ per month.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and draw data-driven conclusions.
• Hands-on experience with PPC process automation.
• English level: B2+ required.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and hypothesis testing.
