What you will do

  • Own the full subscription lifecycle, including pricing, plan changes, and access management.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing retention wins with long-term platform scalability.
  • Develop self-serve infrastructure to enable internal teams to run lifecycle campaigns independently.
  • Analyze churn funnels and user behavior to drive data-informed retention strategies.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Growth, Data, and Monetization teams.
  • Ensure a seamless, transparent experience for subscribers from sign-up to plan management.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of product management experience, preferably in subscriptions, retention, or platform domains.
  • Proven track record in subscription lifecycle optimization and revenue retention.
  • Experience building platform products with a focus on internal adoption and scalability.
  • Strong proficiency in metrics, experimentation, and turning data insights into actionable product strategy.
  • Ability to lead by influence and build trust across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable owning complex domains and making trade-offs across competing priorities.
