What you will do

• Support entry-level network infrastructure across enterprise systems, including WAP environments and shared technology services.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, and related devices; resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and update network documentation.
• Support project work for network delivery and upgrades, including participation in on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA Network+ required; CCNA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of networking support experience.
• Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and network hardware.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment and support on-call rotation.
• Ability to travel as needed.
