What you will do

• Respond to customer product inquiries regarding installation, operation, and compatibility via telephone and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware equipment and software applications to recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues in a dedicated lab environment to verify fixes before rollout.
• Collaborate directly with software and hardware development and QA teams to diagnose and communicate problems.
• Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality and development programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, Colorado, US
• 3+ years of experience working in a Support/Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting skills, including log reading and performance testing.
• Expertise in TCP/IP stack, QoS, L4-L7 proxy devices, and dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Ability to analyze network traffic and perform deep analysis of packet captures.
• Minimum of a Master's degree (MS) in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with JSON, API, and MySQL.
• CCNP or SDWAN certifications.
