What you will do

• Ensure continuous uptime and performance of IT systems for live remote productions to minimize disruptions.
• Provide hands-on IT support for endpoints, networking, and remote infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
• Manage the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle of remote infrastructure kits.
• Maintain and evolve LAN/WAN connectivity documentation and standards for remote operations.
• Coordinate logistics, including inventory tracking and deployment planning via remote operations calendars.
• Collaborate with Broadcast Engineering, Digital, and Security teams to support technology convergence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations supporting live events, broadcast, or remote environments.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, LAN/WAN) and endpoint systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and operate in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
