What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service operations for DME programs and provide product application instruction.
• Verify patient benefits, including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Evaluate customer clinic needs and collaborate with sales teams to optimize DME inventory performance.
• Travel within the designated territory to monitor inventory levels and track orders.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, the company, and the sales team.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OIG, and government healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Peoria, IL
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements for hospital access
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 4 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active professional credentials such as Athletic Training licensure, BOC, ABC Certified Fitter, or PTA.
