What you will do

• Manage end-to-end hirify.global Cloud ERP implementations in collaboration with partners and resellers.
• Provide best practice recommendations to help customers optimize their existing business processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis on system performance and stability issues to prevent future failures.
• Lead discovery diligence, project analysis, scope of work creation, and complex fit-gap analysis.
• Deliver product and technology presentations at conferences, seminars, and field events.
• Develop user training and documentation to assist end-users in solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Must be based in Reston, VA, USA.
• 5+ years of ERP software implementation experience, specifically within the construction industry.
• Foundational understanding of accounting concepts including T-accounts, ledgers, debits, and credits.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design concepts.
• Strong professional communication and presentation skills for report writing and client engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, field services, supply chain, financials, or inventory ERP implementation.
• Proficiency in ERP system financial and ad-hoc report writing.
