What you will do

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records across multiple client accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and organize financial data for tax filing and tax preparation support.
• Support budget preparation and financial tracking for client accounts.
• Issue client invoices and track outstanding receivables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or advanced bookkeeping roles.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and tax preparation processes.
• Ability to work 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
