Salary: $29 - $33 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare meticulous work papers and tax returns for individuals and diverse entities in accordance with professional standards.
• Research and evaluate complex tax issues, providing informative insights to seniors and managers.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, IRS guidelines, and court precedents.
• Participate in training programs and pursue professional certifications, specifically the CPA designation.
• Engage in regional intern events and collaborate with fellow interns on a showcase project.
• Support remote-first operations and paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Graduating between 2026 and 2029.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing or obtaining CPA licensure.
• Ability to start on January 7, 2027.
• Availability to work part-time in specified hirify.global offices (20 hours/week in January; 30 hours/week from February to April).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
