What you will do

• Configure and operationalize GenAI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude Code.
• Enhance developer experience by ensuring AI tools are discoverable, accessible, and easy to use.
• Implement security, governance, and cost-management frameworks for AI platform deployments.
• Provide 2nd line support for developers, troubleshooting issues and escalating as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build automated AI-first workflows and improve SDLC practices.
• Monitor platform usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature rollouts.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering or DevOps background with experience in modern development workflows.
• Proficiency with GitHub and IDE-based development environments.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with a preference for GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI coding assistants and LLM-based developer tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support to developers.
• Clear written communication skills for creating documentation and best practices.
