What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments to ensure reliability.
• Integrate LLMs and VLMs into applications to create new AI-enhanced features.
• Develop and implement RAG systems for knowledge-intensive applications.
• Design and build LLM-based AI agents for automation and interactive applications.
• Experiment with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embedding generation techniques.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in developing AI/GenAI solutions and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong understanding of traditional machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, and building APIs.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal) is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
