What you will do
- Lead a team of AI engineers and DevOps/MLOps specialists to design and optimize GenAI architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists for the implementation of GenAI models.
- Deliver end-to-end GenAI and LLM applications for key transformation projects.
- Execute the GenAI and LLM strategy including technology and methodologies.
- Collaborate with platform teams to evolve big data platforms.
- Articulate technical methods and results to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in designing and building GenAI solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Ability to drive innovation in AI capabilities.
